It was great to spend time with our family. Jacie was home from school so the only ones MIA were Josh and Rachel. We had fish that Jimmy, Austin, and Ethan caught that day. Austin caught a 7 1/2 lb catfish! We also had Oysters (which just really look like elephant boogers), Chick-fil-a nuggets (Yum Yum!), and lots of cheese grits and some other yummy things. According to Anthony and Dustin, Grandma made her best pecan pie EVER!
We all ate outside and enjoy the awesome fall weather. Sweet little Aaden loved being outside and fell asleep in my grandma's arms. It was just a great time hanging out together. My family sees each other all the time but it seems like someone is always in a hurry, or rushing out the door and we never really just enjoy being together (wow, I am normally not that cheesy- maybe it is the sleep deprivation!)
Happy Birthday Grandaddy!
It looked like a really good time! And Aaden continues to grow everyday into a more and more handsome little man. We love and miss you guys tons.
ReplyDeleteSomehow I missed this post! Aaden is really looking a lot like Anderson! I think it's sweet, not cheesy! Happy Birthday to your granddaddy! :)
